Frequently asked payment plan questions

Yes, we have five flexible options:
  1. EASY-PAY Plan — pay one-twelfth of your annual premium and then pay the balance in 11 automatic installments from your checking, savings, or money market account. Sign up for EASY-PAY today by contacting Customer Service at 1-800-GO-PEMCO (1-800-467-3626), by completing and returning our EASY-PAY form, or do it yourself from your online account - Sign in.
  2. Pay in full at the beginning of your policy term.
  3. 50% Plan — pay half down and pay the other half in six months.
  4. 20% Plan — pay 20% down and then 10% per month for eight months. You'll receive a monthly invoice from us. This plan is paid in full after nine months.
  5. Make a payment online.
No, not if you use EASY-PAY or pay in full. If you choose a different payment option other than EASY-PAY paying in full, or 50% down, you'll pay a $4 handling charge on each installment. Here's the annual handling charge for each payment option:
  1. EASY-PAY (automatic payment), $0 annual handling charge
  2. Pay total premium, $0
  3. 50% down + 1 payment, $0
  4. 20% down + 8 payments, $36 total
  5. Make a payment online, $0 annual handling charge
If a change affects your premium, we'll let you know before the new amount is deducted from your account.
No problem! Just call us at 1-800-GO-PEMCO (1-800-467-3626) or do it yourself from your online account – Sign in. We’ll coordinate your EASY-PAY deduction with your new bank.
Your deduction will be made on your bank's next business day.
If this hasn't happened before, we'll resubmit the transaction. If your account still doesn't have enough money or if this has happened in the past, we'll send you a letter and help you select a payment plan better suited to your needs.
