Wednesday, March 23, 2016by  Jon Osterberg

If you work in Seattle and think your evening commute has gotten worse, new data confirms you’re correct.
TomTom Traffic Index reports Seattle’s congestion level jumped 31% in 2015, adding 39 minutes of extra travel time per day.
How bad is it? Seattle ranks second worst nationally for evening commutes, and remains fourth for overall traffic congestion, trailing only Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York.
The worst days for commuting through Seattle in the evening are Wednesdays and Thursdays, while the worst morning commutes fall on Tuesdays. Read the MyNorthwest.com article.
