Supply Surge is back as a force for good - Are you in?

July 13, 2021 by PEMCO Insurance

Here's an easy way to make a difference for thousands of Northwest kids impacted by homelessness: Join the Supply Surge School Supply Drive, powered by PEMCO.

From July 19 through August 6, PEMCO and more than 35 South Lake Union businesses are committed to donating thousands of school supplies for local middle and high schools that serve a high percentage of homeless students in Seattle, Lynnwood and Spokane. The supplies will support kids at risk of dropping out simply because they lack basics like scissors, calculators and composition books.

Now more than ever, we're inspired to fuse our strengths to do more for more onceagain. Our Mutual Good strategy includes a commitment to Diversity and Inclusion which extends to our workplace, marketplace and communities. We're working closely with the benefitting schools and the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction to make sure the support we're providing is helping students with the highest need so we can do our part to help close the opportunity gap.

Through Supply Surge, caring individuals and businesses are combining strengths to do more for more! As a community, we've collected nearly 455,000+ school supplies over the last three years. Together, we can help to keep middle and high school students on the path to graduation in our region one donation at a time. Won't you join us again in partnering with our neighbors for good?
