PEMCO is a mutual insurance company, which means we’re owned by our policyholders, and our Reward Plan pays those who directly impact our customers’ experience – our employees! When PEMCO meets its companywide goals, you’ll share in its success. Eligible employees receive cash payouts that, depending on how many goals are met, range from 1% to 7% of their base pay during the plan year.

PEMCO pays a generous portion of your total premium for:

We have employees who complete their undergraduate and post-graduate degrees while working full-time at PEMCO. Besides providing many free onsite training opportunities, PEMCO reimburses most costs for successfully completed higher education courses that relate to a PEMCO role up to $5,250 per calendar year after your first year on the job.

You’ll accrue vacation and sick pay during each pay period. Accrued paid time off may be used starting the first of the month following your date of hire. As a PEMCO employee, you may get several personal days; PEMCO observes five to six paid holidays in a typical year.
