High-five! PEMCO Insurance ranks "Highest in Customer Satisfaction among Auto Insurers in the Northwest Region," by J.D. Power for the fifth straight year

​​​PEMCO Insurance is proud to announce it has once again earned the highest ranking for customer satisfaction in the Northwest Region from J.D. Power – now for five consecutive years.

PEMCO has achieved the highest ranking each year among award-eligible auto insurers in a five-state region since J.D. Power began evaluating the Northwest Region in 2013.

To lock down the top spot, PEMCO ranked highest in customer satisfaction in J.D. Power's 2017 U.S. Auto Insurance Study with a score of 848 points based on a 1,000-point Customer Satisfaction Index Ranking scale. In 2017, PEMCO topped its own 2016 score, and was 26 points higher than the next-closest competitor, beating the Northwest Region's average by 39 points.

The J.D. Power study, conducted from February 14 to April 3, 2017, reflects consumer opinions from 45,624 total responses nationally. In the Northwest Region, it measures 11 award-eligible auto insurers that do business both regionally and nationally.

Though PEMCO serves Washington and Oregon residents exclusively, it has routinely outperformed larger insurance companies, earning higher customer-satisfaction rankings than its regional and national-carrier competitors.

This year, PEMCO earned top scores in the region for four out of the five measured categories in the study: interaction, policy offerings, billing process and policy information, and claims.

J.D. Power's Northwest Region includes Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming.
