Perspective celebrates its 100th edition

This month marks the 100th edition of Perspective – a newsletter dedicated to helping you worry less and live more with practical how-to tips and advice tailored to the Northwest.

Our first edition rolled out in winter 2003 and was mailed to policyholders’ homes. Two years later we added an e-version, keeping with Northwest green values. We produced both until 2015, when the newsletter went 100% digital. Through the years, we’ve experimented with different formats and frequencies, but keeping you up-to-date with the latest safety trends and maintenance tips remains our focus.

Perspective, 2003

Longtime members may recall seeing The Shield, Perspective’s predecessor. The simple, blue-and-red, type-only newsletter accompanied members’ annual by-mail renewals. We were a much smaller company then, and a new Shield never left the building until the president personally signed off on every word!
