PEMCO Mutual Insurance expands executive team with two industry veterans

PEMCO Mutual Insurance recently welcomed Shashi Reddy and Calvin Strong to the organization’s executive team. Shashi Reddy joins as Chief Data & Analytics Officer. Calvin Strong joins as Chief Claims Officer.

Shashi Reddy brings a deep expertise in data, analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). He has spent more than 15 years leading and executing comprehensive enterprise transformation initiatives at notable organizations such as Travelers Insurance, Thoughtworks, and Ernst & Young. His experience spans diverse domains including advanced analytics, cloud technology, data products, digital platforms, and engineering effectiveness, across various industries such as insurance, energy, and telecommunications.

Calvin Strong will lead the Claims function at PEMCO, ensuring effective management of all claims and claims issues, optimal customer experience, and a Claims function that is well-prepared to continue delivering on customer promises in the future. Strong has more than 30 years of expertise in the property and casualty insurance industry, working with companies such as The Economy Companies, St. Paul Insurance, MetLife Auto and Home Insurance, and Farmers Insurance Exchange. He has a diverse leadership background in claims operations, strategy, and processes.
