​ PEMCO Insurance wins J.D. Power Award in the Northwest for the seventh year in a row

For the seventh consecutive year, PEMCO Mutual Insurance has earned the J.D. Power Award for "Highest Customer Satisfaction among Auto Insurers in the Northwest Region." "To win this award for a seventh consecutive year speaks volumes about the hard work, dedication and commitment to customers that our employees exhibit every day," said PEMCO CEO Stan McNaughton. PEMCO serves Washington and Oregon residents exclusively and this year, it again outperformed competitors, earning higher customer-satisfaction rankings than 11 other rank-eligible regional and national carriers included in the Northwest Region. In fact, PEMCO continued its legacy to exceed industry standards by scoring 34 points higher than the average score earned by insurers across the region.
