Food truck frenzy spreads to Pasco

Portland and Seattle, you don’t own the entire food-truck market. The lunchtime craze has spilled over the Cascades to Pasco.
Food Truck Friday debuted today at the downtown Pasco Farmers Market, and about 200 people munched their lunch between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. The pilot program will run through May, but the goal is to create a year-round venue.
Today, food truck fare included fried fish, giant hot dogs, and barbecue. Read the short Tri-City Herald story.
