The Oregon State Beavers basketball team will enjoy a private lunch at the White House on Thanksgiving day.
Such are the perks when coach Craig Robinson has an influential brother-in-law: President Obama. Michelle Obama is Robinson’s sister.
The Beavers will be in Washington, D.C., for a service project, and will combine that with a White House visit. The President is a basketball junkie known to play in skilled pickup games.
