Supercharged Seahawks Fan show their pride at the Greenwood Seafair Parade

Friday, January 1, 2010by  Taylor Orian

If you listen closely, you can hear the buzz of Supercharged Seahawks Fans as they continue to celebrate their favorite team’s 2014 Superbowl Championship. There was definitely no shortage of buzz this past Wednesday at the 64th Annual Greenwood Seafair Parade. Fittingly, this year’s theme was Touchdown Greenwood, an ode to Seattle’s beloved football team!

Lining the streets of Greenwood were families and friends, along with a noticeable amount of Supercharged Seahawaks Fans. How does one spot a Supercharged Seahawks fan, you ask? Well, we’re glad you asked… It’s simple. All you have to do is look and listen for these clues, because any Seahawks fan that considers themselves “Supercharged” can be found sporting and chanting many of the following making sure you know where their allegiance lies:

  • Seahawks Attire: These fans show that they bleed blue and green and they don’t limit themselves to a single jersey or beanie. In order to complete the look, you’ll spot them wearing a jersey, matching socks, gloves, a beanie and some face paint…at LEAST.
  • Seahawks Roar: Many times you’ll be able to hear a Supercharged Seahawks Fan far sooner than you’ll actually see them. You can hear them chanting “SEA….HAWKS” from a mile away.
  • The Number 12: Whether it’s painted on their face, the number on their jersey, or on a large banner – the number 12 is symbolic for all Supercharged fans! The 12th Fan helps win championships!

The next time you hear or see one of these Supercharged Seahawks Fans, don’t be afraid to tip your hat (they’ll appreciate it!) after all, we are still the reigning champs! Gooooooooo Hawks!
