For the third year in a row, J.D. Power has ranked PEMCO "Highest in Customer Satisfaction among Auto Insurers in the Northwest Region" in its 2015 U.S. Auto Insurance Study.
The J.D. Power study measures customer satisfaction for interaction, price, policy offerings, billing and payment, and claims.

The J.D. Power study reflects consumer opinions from 46,256 total responses measuring 11 award-eligible auto insurers that do business in the Northwest region. The survey was conducted from March to April 2015.
