PEMCO’s Seattle headquarters moving in November

New Dexter building

Soon, PEMCO will say goodbye to its iconic "time and temperature" headquarters building just off Interstate 5. We're moving to 1300 Dexter Ave. N. in Seattle's South Lake Union neighborhood, about one mile away. Our new headquarters will house mostly administrative and back-office staff.

The move won't affect your PEMCO policy in any way, and our hours, phone numbers, website address, and Post Office box remain the same. We'll also continue to serve you through our existing offices in Lynnwood and Spokane.

We expect to load up the moving vans in mid-November. That's when you'll likely see our PEMCO signs disappear on Eastlake Avenue.

Technology and society's evolution from paper to online documents have made a smaller, more-efficient home possible. The newly renovated five-story building on Dexter better reflects our Northwest brand (we're moving from a building near a freeway to one bordering one of the busiest bike routes in the city) and eliminates space once needed at the Eastlake office for handling and storing paper documents.
