Calling all Relentless Recyclers: Manage your PEMCO accounts 24 hours a day without sending a single tree to the paper mill. Go to pemco.com/Members to register for your online account and paperless delivery of your billing and policy forms.
With a pemco.com account, you can change coverages, pay your bill, display your Auto ID card, and more from any online connection. It works with any browser or you can download our free GO PEMCO app for iPhone® and Android™ and take your PEMCO account with you wherever you go – whether you’re standing at a car-rental kiosk or swapping insurance information after a fender-bender.
It takes just five minutes to create an account. At the end of your sign-up, you’ll be asked for your paperless preferences that let you choose paperless delivery for most billing and policy forms. It’s a lot like using eStatements for banking. You choose which forms you’d like to get electronically and which ones you’d like to continue receiving by mail. When a new policy form or bill is ready to view, you’ll receive an email and link to your account, where you can see the document and download and print it if you choose.
PEMCO is becoming a paperless company
Managing your account without the paper fits with green Northwest values. And it’s smart for other reasons, too. PEMCO’s a policyholder-owned mutual insurance company (no Wall Street, no stockholders), so when we save money on things like postage and printing, it goes right back to you in what you pay and how we serve you.
Society’s migration from paper to online data has helped make a major change possible for us that you might have seen in the news. Last winter, after tenants moved out, we sold our large Seattle headquarters building (designed and built for the way we used and stored paper). This fall, we’ll relocate to a smaller, newer, more efficient space in the South Lake Union neighborhood.
We also moved our Spokane office in March to 16201 East Indiana Avenue at River View Corporate Center, alongside I-90 in Spokane Valley. Both moves allow us to start with a clean slate and integrate technology more wholly into how we serve you.
