PEMCO ranks highest in the Northwest – again
For the second year in a row, J.D. Power has ranked PEMCO "Highest in Customer Satisfaction among Auto Insurers in the Northwest Region" in its 2014 U.S. Auto Insurance Study.
The J.D. Power study measures customer satisfaction for interaction, price, policy offerings, billing and payment, and claims.
“We’re delighted to be ranked highest again for customer satisfaction by our Northwest neighbors,” said Stan McNaughton, PEMCO CEO.
"And we won’t be satisfied because we consistently seek even better ways to
serve our customers."
The J.D. Power study reflects consumer opinions from 44,661 total responses measuring 12 award-eligible auto insurers in the Northwest region, which comprises Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. The survey was conducted in March-April 2014.
