PEMCO teams with Seahawks again for “Supercharged Seahawks Fan” contest

​​SEATTLE – PEMCO Insurance is kicking off football season in partnership with the Seattle Seahawks to celebrate “supercharged” football fans through game-day activities, contests, and a memorable Northwest Profile: the "Supercharged Seahawks Fan."

This season, PEMCO hosts the “Supercharged Seahawks Fan” contest that encourages fans to showcase Seahawks team spirit with their best “supercharged” photo or video entry. The grand prize: a chance to win a VIP game-day experience at Qwest Field when the Seahawks take on the St. Louis Rams on Jan. 2, 2011.

"This is our third year partnering with the Seahawks, and we’re already seeing some fun entries for the contest. We enjoy being surprised with how fans show us their ‘supercharged’ team spirit," said PEMCO spokesperson Jon Osterberg.

Fans can show they’re a “Supercharged Seahawks Fan” at every home game by visiting PEMCO’s booth in Touchdown City in the Qwest Field Event Center. All fans will receive a souvenir photo and have the option to submit their photo in the online contest. Fans statewide also can enter their own “supercharged” photos and videos in the contest by visiting www.werealotlikeyou.com/#contests/16/63.

Each week, PEMCO will nominate the most "supercharged" entries, and weekly winners will be determined by the number of online votes at www.werealotlikeyou.com. The photo or video that earns the most votes each week will be broadcast on HawkVision during the following home game.

Weekly winners are then qualified for the Best In Show grand prize that awards the most "supercharged" fan with a VIP game-day experience that includes tickets and sideline passes to the Seahawks’ final home game Jan. 2 against the Rams.

The contest highlights Northwest Profile #12, the "Supercharged Seahawks Fan" from PEMCO’s "We’re A Lot Like You. A Little Different." ad campaign. The campaign seeks to celebrate our shared Northwest values with quirky profiles inspired by the people who make up our community.
