PEMCO’s gone mobile with Go PEMCO – our new iPhone app, which launched July 9.
With it, policyholders get anytime, anywhere access to the best features of PEMCO’s online self-service, optimized for their smartphones. With a few taps, you can access policies, see coverages and discounts, get vehicle and driver information, pay PEMCO bills, see Northwest Profiles, and connect by phone with PEMCO.
The Go PEMCO iPhone app is intended for current customers; however, there is a demo mode where you can see the Northwest Profiles. The app is free to download and works on iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. We recommend iOS 5 and higher for optimal experience.

Why did we go mobile? Strengthening our digital services ranks as our top strategic priority for 2013-2014.The mobile app launch is our latest step in helping customers connect with us in a way that works best for them. Having Go PEMCO mobile allows customers to access their information at their fingertips while on the go.
Today, about one-fifth of pemco.com visits originate from a mobile device, with iPads and iPhones accounting for half of that traffic. Our new iPhone app is a strong start to meeting mobile needs. It helps us to deliver a top-notch user experience.
