Navigational Limits

The navigational limits for PEMCO’s Mariner Policy are within:

The continental United States (excluding Alaska) and Canada and all inland lakes, rivers, and navigable waterways therein.

For boats 26 feet and longer, 75 miles off the Pacific Coast of either the continental United States (excluding Alaska) or Canada (includes the Queen Charlotte Islands, and waters within 12 miles of their western shores).

For boats less than 26 feet, 12 miles off the Pacific Coast of either the continental United States (excluding Alaska) or Canada, excluding the Queen Charlotte Islands.
